It's just a decent option for a brief pit stop in Albany with good price-quality ratio. Simone at the desk was very helpful during check-in, which made things easier. Keep in mind the showers can be a bit erratic with temperature.

Enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom offered plenty of hot water, a bonus during winter. Staff was pleasant and eager to assist with any requests, delivering a requested extension cord within minutes. The cleanliness of the entire place stood out, with the bathroom being particularly immaculate. the air conditioning unit outside the bathroom was quite noisy, disrupting the peace. On the downside, restaurant and bar services were not operational during my stay due to staffing issues as it was still advertised. Having to go out for meals wasn't ideal but manageable, given the town was a short walk away.

Bathroom could use serious refurbishing!!! Decor feels mismatched and very outdated!!! Strange disinfectant smell lingered throughout my stay!!! Basic amenities like towels should be consistent!!!

Had a lekker view of the koppie from our room, very clean and comfy beds. Quick check-in with staff who were very friendly and helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was a highlight, proper tasty and well-prepared!
The place is a bit old and tired, could do with a facelift.

I stayed for four nights on a family trip and enjoyed a comfortable experience overall. The bed was cozy and the room was clean, which made coming back after a day of exploring really nice. I could relax and watch TV, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the shower head was problematic, and I was a bit disappointed that the window wouldn't stay open for some fresh air. Despite those issues, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were doing their best, which added a positive touch to my stay.

Comfortable stay with some quirks
I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room and overall, it was decent. The hot water system had issues, which was a bummer after a long drive, but the staff quickly found a spare room for us to shower in. Thankfully, the linens were exceptionally clean, which I appreciated. I think having unrestricted access to shower facilities would greatly improve the experience.
